**why they will give much increment when they are sure that you are there for 5 years?
**if it is too good job and company why they are gona take our all certificate for 5 years... i think so that they can screw us and we cant change our job???
is it a sale kind of job??? as in there OPQ they hv again n again asked about interest in sales??
ps before your gona give interview they will have your OPQ result and if you have score high in sales you are in other wise your chances are DIm.....

madam madam. i know this forum is for duscussing on icici bank po ,even i was discussing bu u misinterpret. 😞 maine kon sa aapko yahan propose kar diya ? i was discussing too. madam i m not UNDERESTIMATING anyone ... madam yeah my relatives had no job satisfaction , & i have looked both sides of the coin ma'am ...but unfortunately ur looking only one side of coin 😞 that's why i told the plight of my cousin . & i know i can compare these trivial job wid icici , madam first of all u need to correct ur facts . madam who told u that HDFC is no 1 banking sector then sbi & icici comes ? madam aap aisa karo google pe ICICI wiki type karo fir aapko pata chalega ki india's no 1 bank is SBI, pnb...then 3 ya 4th pe aapko icici milega . madam i havent said anything about IBPS OR SBI ... ye aapne apne man se add kar diya . & i do know that getting job in govt. banks is tougher compared to icici. ok ab u r saying that 3 of ur friends placed in icici & getting HANDSOME salary, madam let me tell u one thing NAYI NAUKRI AUR NAYI gf /bf dono acche lagte hai sabko...Madam my brother worked for 2 years & he got frustrated, he left the job, even all of his friends working for icici left 1 BY 1..... MADAM who told u that no other company will hire an mba graduate with 40 k salary? i guess u have'nt seen real mba graduates yet 😞 so sad. lagta hai aapne mba colleges ki placement nahi suni . madam i know that when it comes to job satisfaction u'll face challenges are. aapko sirf baithne ki salary thode hi di jayegi 😞 madam one more thing.... aap na pehle apne facts correct karo u r saying 40k per month website check karo...aapke hisab se 5 lakhs per annum hue but wo sahi nahi hai 😞
madam nayi nayi naukri hai 1 year hi hue hai aapke friend ko 6 moth ya 1 year baad dekhna ki kaisa wo feel karti hai job ke baare mai. MADAM plz next time post karo toh kuch misinterpret na karna aur facts sahi rakhna :)

@donjuan007 woo dude i must say uve got hell lot of free time..you knew icici is a CRAP(if we go by your words which personally i dnt blv is true) still you gave the exam..nd looking at your credence i dnt think you tuk dat exam just to practise ur skills coz its level dsn stand anywhere..
what were thinking dude while taking dat CRAP...:O
