I think people don't revisit these pages ones they are selected/rejected...and actually I dont see any reason as to why they should...
...The only way for us would be if any of you guys know someone personally in April Batch. In that case, please ask them all these queries and let us know how good/bad this course is...
Another day passed...dont know when the wait will get over.....

Request you all to post your queries here so that i can consolidate them and ask my sister for help..I think the busy schedule of the previous batch is keeping them off PagalGuy.Last time Bank took 15 days for the result..Thanks

I don't understand IF they are goin to put out the results by 5th Sep; that too not sure ;they propose to start the course by Oct.
I mean all of us are working ; if we get selected then how can we join in 20-25 days.
I hope they have some alternate plans.

The gap was of around a week short than 2 months...
They knows that 2 months++ of notice period is norm in many companies so ideally they should give time of more than 2 months..
Last time the course was started on April 29 or April 28....& result was out by 3 March...
This time I expected them to be faster...but again looks to be the same old story 😃

Starting from the very beginning....
1) Can you ask does ICICI allows the candidates to join without proper relieving letter ( just in case people who got selected wanted to join & cant get relieving before 2-3 months/they are falling short on notice period).
Read in some previous posts that ICICI mgmt is flexible on this.. is it so?
Was there actually anyone in the group who joined with the scenario described above?
2) What if someone could not join on Day1.
Did they allowed the candidates to join couple of days later.
3) Once joined, how is the campus/batch environment ?
Kitni mehnat karate hai faculty waale ?
Is faculty able to answer well all their doubts?
How is the feedback about the studies/campus environment?
4) About the specialisations , at what time do they need to choose the specialisations. Is it at the end of year 1 or right at the beginning?
5) Do candidate has the say in choosing specialisation or its all dictated by the ICICI management?
6) About the training... what all are the possible locations for training.
How it(location) is related with the specialisation ?
Do ICICI provide accomodation facilities during training?
7) And later on for joining ...I think it might matter depending on the specialisation of individual....
If there is clarity at the moment :-
being working in IT , I would like to know more about the type of work performed by the specialist in IT & the possible work locations where such candidates would be absorbed. Wanted to relate, after working for 3 years what sort of employment oppurtunities would be available in market.
I believe for the othe specialisations, they are quite generic...like Risk Management, Relationship..etc.. & such type of people are required across Finance sector.

the fixed component would be around 12 lakhs+ ( in case of 70:30) ratio...
I believe the net take away would be somewhere 70-75K after deducting the 8K EMI...

I have gone through the thread. The first batch guys have done a wonderful job of sharing their experiences and their doubts. I spoke to one of the guys today in ICICI Bank and the results for the 2nd batch are expected in the coming week.
Have to wait guys !!
Regarding the doubts on would be 2nd batch are already answered. Request you all to go through the threads from page 50 to 100.

Agreed buddy.The previous batch was the first to be in the line of fire and hence they have done a pretty good job by asking various question to the ICICI HR and putting the answers over here.
