At Chennai it was like they asked our application number, name and DOB. Then they took our pic. When the system was alloted, the same data (name, DOB and pic) got displayed on the screen.

If i have not scored a 60% in Graduation , so i can't apply to this programme as i have 6 years of work ex . It seems to be a gud programme provided they provide the CTC what they are telling.
And i am below 30 years of age. My graduation % was 51.
Any idea abt how many candidates they had shortlisted for GD during last selection process ?
Since they didnt ask about BMAT id, seems all who have appeared at IBMR are already out...:( , No one picking the phone at icici, I alrady dropped mail to them with the issue, lets see whats der in the box...

Hey dont worry. You have given the test which has been recorded under some name. The system wont choose some random name and record your answers under it.
You must have handed him your call letter. It had your application number on it. 1-2 things did vary at different centers (fingerprints were not taken for us) but I dont think it should be a matter of concern.

I Delhi..they took our fingerprint and recorded details corresponding to BMAT ID and DOB...and in the system after entering only DOB..other basic details got populated automatically...It seems in your centre they might have used name+dob as the unique identifier..u can chk with HR..

i also appeared test at IBMR on 31st. they asked me for call letter and BMAT id.

I have appeared for the test at Bangalore center. Here they have collected details such as name, DOB, application ID etc in an online data sheet. And above this they had taken my picture and finger print.

Quality is a very subjective term my frnd ;)
Hope they find the "quality " in the "quantity " of people applied so far..otherwise we are in for long wait for results
All those who are apprehensive about the procedure followed at their center ..rest assured if u have been called and written the exam ..will surly be evaluated ( talking from experience as have been working with ICICI for last two year and know their selection process very much 😃 )
Just wait for some time when the results are out .........

Work culture is OK ..but will certainly say not the way it should be in a private org'n...anyways its the same for any other indian company...
As far as rewards & recognition goes..its gud....there is a five point rating system on which u will be rated every year ( 1 being the highest) ..Generally 1 and 2 are the best rating and preferred lot for promotion n all.
But the growth part is not very gud ..will have to toil in the initial years ( dont know abt M2 guys but for lower level like am1 and am2 ..its a long journey)
Worst part even if u are promoted the increase in salary is not much ( that explains the high rate of attrition in ICICI)
HR department is not very much sensitive to employee needs and will prefer people leaving the company than retaining it ( that's y they are busy preparing these factories of PO and and NISM and this NIIT so that they can have ample supply of man power at the cheapest cost by industry standards)
Having said that , this does not make ICICI a bad place to work.
Why ?
It give chance for young and inexperienced to get working knowledge of banking .
The experienced gained here is the best because u are grilled so hard that after handling this organisation pressure any other organisation will be a cake walk for you( reason why ICICI people are preferred lot in any other banks
.So if u get selected be ready for 5 years of torture but that will surly help u as an individual and in ur career...:D
