I agree as well.. ICICI brand tells it all. But please also comment on degree that you get. NIIT also has a brand but not in MBA which they recently started. So, what we need to look here is, after 5 years, We would have so much of experience and a NIIT degree in hand. NIIT MBA might be new for now but it doesn't matter for us now because it matters in another 7 years (2 Years college + 5 years work) time. So do you people think, 7 years from now there will be a brand value for NIIT MBA. If we think it will be there, then we all are on right boat.

The degree that we get from NIIT is valueless. The only thing that we are about to cheer is the assured placement from ICICI that too with a package of 15lacks.If you are really looking for a long time stay in ICICI then it won't affect with this NIIT degree.

We cannot cheer about the salary as well... I know its a big amount at first to look at... 15 lacs... but if u break it up and exclude variable pay + taxes + loan emi, you will get around 65000 per month... Its my opinion.

In all Private Sector Banks....Work Pressure is very high....People who can cope up with the pressure takes it onto the next level....

To Make your concerns clear.... During the first 6(1-6) months u will get RS 10,000 p.m. During the Next 6(7-12) months u will get RS 50,000 p.m. During the Next 6(13-18 ) months u will get RS 10,000 p.m. During the Next 6(19-24) months u will get RS 50,000 p.m.
After you have completed ur MBA from NU....u will be getting a CTC of 15 Lacs.....after every year...u will get appraisal...depending upon ur performance....

Is this True. According to this, we are going to get 7,20,000 before tax during the program itself.. ?... That is seriosuly amazing guys....
