Called up NIIT to confirm receipt of the acceptance forms and also enquired about joining process. Got same replies as mentioned by Kvothe in the above post.
Regarding travel reimbursement, I saw in the ICICI career website that they are reimbursing up to 3class AC fare for PO admissions. So it might be on similar lines for us also which would be mentioned in the forms which we will be receiving in the next few weeks.

*Talked to Mr.Amit from ICICI HR and asked few queries regarding the loan process.Here how it goes:

We can discontinue after 3 yr bond period.In that case they will calculate interest at 12.5% from date of start of emi to date of discontinuation.(emi starts after we finish MBA and join ICICI) The market rate is ~15%, but since we would have already paid emi for 3 yrs at 2.5%, they would be calculating interest on principal at 12.5% for 3 yrs. If we are not able to pay the interest+principal immediately at the time of discontinuation, then they will calculate interest at 24% for the extra days till we pay off the entire amount. Hope this is clear.

* He aslo said whatever is stated in the T&C; is promised including the grade post MBA as well as CTC. And they have sent a hard copy of T&C; to all of us on last Monday. I dont know whether any one received it.I didnt. If you have, pls check whether ICICI HR have signed on the hard copy of the T&C; unlike the email.

Hello,

I called up NIIT today to ask about Joining and Travel and the following was the info I got:

  1. Orientation is on the 29th of April and hence we need to be on campus by the 28th
  2. Students can turn up on campus two or 3 days prior and so we can turn up on the 28th or the 27th or maybe even before
  3. Students planning to travel to Delhi by train are adviced to take a cab from the station to the campus (about 2-3 hours by cab)
ICICI HR (on a separate discussion) did say they would reimburse travel expenses but no info on the limits on re-imbursement. (hopefully will extend to atleast Rs 5000)

Regarding loan process, once ICICI receives all the acceptance forms they will start processing our loan and send us the forms and documents in a week or two.
*I received the hard copy of T&C; today signed by Mr.Amit Vatsa.

So lets meet up at Delhi on 28th or 27th (whichever date we will decide later) & reach Neemrana campus together.
It will be great fun!!
Puys from Jallandhar (Mohit) & Pathankot (Youth nexus) can surely join us at Delhi.
