no u can't pay the fees from ur pocket..the EMI will be spread over a term of 5 yrs( each EMI about 8000-9000 INR) and it will be deducted from ur salary...and if u wanna leave ICICI after 3 yrs bt before 5 yrs thn u hv to pay a hefty interest(15-24% )...so very cleverly they hv devised a way to keep u with thm fr 5 yrs(as ur certificates will be with thm till u fully pay ur loan back)

Yes I too confirmed with ICICI HR regarding the phone calls and the results.Puys the results are gng to be launched within a week.So its the time to decide abt the decisions.Common puys share ur views and just stop thinking abt the results as one day or the other dey are gng to come out

I am chasing this opportunity for last 8 months and have done so much research. I am more than 100% convinced about joining this.
This program only suits to people those look for a career shift and have some financial laibilities so cant go for 2 year regular MBA either in India or Abroad... My personal opnion 😃

What is this whole concep of 30% variable pay? How does that work out? Can somebody please shed some light ? My friends in banking say its not like IT where variable pay is linked to the performance and paid at the end of Financial year. People with prior ICICI experience can probably share their thoughts.

I Have attached the present value analysis of the present job with the program. As per me, by joining the course I would forgo the addditon wealth of 10 lacs accumulated if continue the same job.
But this opportunity is to enter into the banking industry. so I am very much interested for the program.
