Hey guys can u plz let me know do we required to get attested work experience letter as mentioned in GD invitation letter. We usually attest mark sheet and academic certificates. We can, although, attest previous experience letters which we all must have but what for the current one.

It is nowhere mentioned self attested or attested by a govt gazetted officer. I dont think they require a gazetted sign over there.
I think if we have original copies with us then self attest will work.
Let discuss about case study....did any one have an idea? In this forum some guys have posted case studies but those case study are not very help full.
Any one who is currently pursuing this course can help us....

Popcorn selling strategy in a village
1. First of all not every one going to buy so dont become discouraged.
2. Study peoples like and dislike
3. purchasing capability of peole
4. Set a goal for your self e.g how many pack you want to sell in a day.
5. Give people some discount or some free buy
6. use some slogan or line's which villagers recognise easily.e.g. Mayawati pop corn (silly idea..hahahaha)
Cement firm's applied for a loan - Whether to Reject/Approve
1. See the firm profile ( default history if any)
2. Whether they will be able to pay back the amount (How much amount they are seeking)
3. How much security they can place against the loan
4. Good history of business can be one of the basis of selection or rejection
5. turnover of the cement firm
6. What is the current market for cement industry

yeah... we generally come across popcorn in shopping malls, cinema halls, exhibitions etc.... so in villages we cant expect shopping malls but cinema halls and exhibitions are good places to do business...

good point..road show will definitely help. But in how many Indian village do we have Theaters? Popcorn+Tickets will not help. Even without gaining anything you are investing money on these things.

Keeping village in mind. I think people would rather avoid any sort of mix while buying any consumable.
The Approach should be simple enough to market and make them understand.
1. My marketing strategy would rather be to distribute sample popcorn packets across various schools within the village.
Assuming a good quality popcorn, the word of mouth publicity will reach out to almost every household. The kids will definitely ask their parents to buy one for them.
2. We can offer a "BUY ONE AND GET ONE" offer.
3. Once the sale picks up , we could launch popcorn with different flavors , catering the need of different taste buds.
We can also select the most respectable & popular person in the village and impress upon him/her the idea of popcorn then convinve him to be the face/mascot of our brand in tht village
this will help the locals to identify themselves
and the marketing would benefit frm this
I am from a village, I know one product which spread like anything around 2000 - 01. It was Maggi noodles. First they introduced a 5 rs. packet and that tasted awesome that time and a lot different from what we used to eat at evening time till that time. When all ppl across village tasted and get used to buy repeatedly, Maggi hiked the prices and made it 7rs. and 10 so on...
We can infer something from that and adopt the same to popcorn logic also. We need to enter market with an aim of penetration irrespective of profit/loss. Once we succeed in making people's mind in favorable to our popcorn then it would be a cakewalk.
