in the OPQ questionnaire.. they have asked to postfix a campus name after ur surname.. whats this campus name ?

I called ICICI HR, they said campus name if for candidates who have already done their MBA.
For us we have to only put our surname. Can anyone please recheck the same with ICICI HR

just got another mail frm ICICI:
Dear Applicant,

You are requested to complete Supplementary form duly filled in by 27th January 2012.

earlier mail they had asked to fill by 28 th Jan...anyone else receiving this mail

Called icici hr regarding campus name. hr told leave it blank only fill last name.
