I appeard the interview last year but unfortunately not got selected. As far as written examination is concerned-just focus on the simple mathematics like -averages,percentages,ratio n proportion,Time and work,Alligations,Profit n Loss.In reasoning part u will be asked about diagram based question and in English there will be basic Analogies.
In Case studies u will be given a case to study and then analysis, extempore and GD will be done based on that Case only. The case will be mainly finance or marketing related .However, no specialised learning is required to crack it.You must have common sense, intellectual thought and good presentation skills to crack it.
In interview,U will be asked on ur profile ,ur major contribution in your present job,Your role n responsibilities etc...Atlast according to my view this exam is 10%labour+90%luck...
New aspirants....If any further doubt then u can reply. I may help u.....Thanks n advance.
Books to follow- Mathematics-R.S Agarwal(Only examples of the aforesaid chapters) Reasoning and English(Analogy)-R.S Agarwal
Many thanks for your reply man.. I have one more lil' question... When you say diagram based reasoning questions,.. do you refer to the diagramatic series based ones, or is there any other type as well which is covered.
Does anyone have any few practice question on sequence images in pdf format. If anyone can provide me link to such question as well I will greatly appreciate it.
Just came back from bmat and i must say it was a bad experience. Was asked to report at 8.30 but gates were not opened till 9 am. After that i waited for an hour before i could start the test.registration system was down. Started at 10.30 with RC but as i submitted server error came up. Had to so it again with diff set of questions.then had to repeat sentence completion as well. When i started with arithmetic the network switch went down for half the lab. I could not concentrate as everyone was screaming and this would be my lowest scoring section. Other sections were cakewalk. After final submission also my rc score wasnt updated so had to it again .So in totality i did 3 sets. Dont worry the questions were very very simple.Nowhere near cat.the most important thing is time . Only 44 minutes. This kind of casual management wasnt expected from icici. Location Jims Kalkaji

Horrible story puys.....:-( lets c wat happens tomarrrow????????????
Request everyone to kindly post thier exp of BMAT in the following format to help others: 1. Centre & tmimg: 2. City: 3.Approx no of candidates :
ATB to everyone fr tomorrow's test
Hi All,
I appeared for BMAT today at Chandigarh at 11 am. But since i reached the centre at 10:05 AM so after the registration (similar to CAT), my test started at 10:35 AM. Very very easy questions, just take care of the time in Diagram type question. In this type, you will get a series of diagrams having some changes from 1st figure to second to third and so on ..you just have to recognise the pattern instantly and just answer what figure will come next. I just had 25 seconds left when i finished up this particular section otherwise in Arithmetic section , all questions were easy...one question was repeated twice but all in all level of exam is comparable to MAT.
Let me know if anybody have any questions specific to exam pattern.
No. of candidates were around 25 and many people were coming when i left. I think this exam is in slots. Please correct me if i am wrong.
Thanks a lot puys. But I would like to know abt verbal sections and their difficulty levels. It would be great if u mention some examples
Verbal section is also easy. A lot of fill in the blanks type question. Just maintain your speed and you will be able to attempt each and every question of the whole test.
