According to me , if you are planning to get sumthing from any course then you need to consider positives more than negatives.
Here is my analysis-
Analysis based on monetary factors-
1- ICICI will give 450000 at 2.5% per annum.
So considering 7 years (course-2 + job-5)-Total payable amount will come- 450000 + (450000*7*2.5/100)= 528750 ----- If you will go for some reputed college then total spending should be 10,00000.So consider 5 years span and educational loan at 15% per annum= 1000000+(1000000*7*15/100)=2150000 Profit=2150000-528750= 1621250 plus for 5 years.
2- While studying , you will get 720000 in 2 years. If you take earning while studying , then MBAs are earning only in summer training. Consider best summer placement from IIM-C of stipend 500000 rs.(international) Then also profit at least 720000-500000=2,20000 If you take average case then it will be more than this. ----- Then you will get job of 1500000 +. So consider 1560000 and 8% hike- 1st year-15,60,000. 2nd year-16,84,800. 3rd year-18,19,584. Considering promotion after 3 years then around 20% hike- 4th year-21,83,500. Then 8% yoy- 5th year-2381180 --------- Total-9628264-EMI of 528750=9099514+earning while studying 220000=9319514 If we consider laibility profit then 9319514+1621250=10940764. So net earning =10940764. (in worst case, total earning will be 9500000 for 5 years) For me at least , this factor is very encouraging. Will come up with non-monetary analysis very soon. Negative and positive feedbacks are welcome.
How can i reach from Tollichowki to this venue....??
If you are travelling by Bus --> Get a bus from Tolichowki( 217D or any bus going to Dilsukhnagar), get down at Abids-Chermas stop.... Walk a furlong towards abids GPO till Taj Mahal Hotel, at your left you will find tall building( some 8+ floors) with Palace helights hotel.

Good Analysis. But I feel education loan is not a flat interest and It should not be calculated as below.
1000000+(1000000*7*15/100)=2150000 As we are paying on monthly basis interest will be calculated on the rest of the principal amount. I have checked in some Education loan calculator websites and checked on your interest rate (15%) and principal amount(10L)... it came upto -> Rs 1427395.81

Best of luck for your exam.
Thanks for the directions..........and best wishes to you too..
Thanks dude for correcting me.But I have taken flat interest for ICICI also.So if we consider decreasing principal so icici amount will also reduce. Anyways this is very high level analysis with so many assumptions.
I think we should make a habit to make assumptions because almost all financial concepts are based on some assumptions.Seriously, if u read sum financial theory n wenever u find dat this is not fully explained by real life example then u ll find one assumption.
So Engineers ,little bit change is required in our approach.
Hi all, Hope this Business Leadership Program will bring smile to our lips in the end. My exam center is in Kalkaji, Jagannath Business School. I look forward to see more people continuing this thread. All the best guys.
I appeard the interview last year but unfortunately not got selected. As far as written examination is concerned-just focus on the simple mathematics like -averages,percentages,ratio n proportion,Time and work,Alligations,Profit n Loss.In reasoning part u will be asked about diagram based question and in English there will be basic Analogies.
In Case studies u will be given a case to study and then analysis, extempore and GD will be done based on that Case only. The case will be mainly finance or marketing related .However, no specialised learning is required to crack it.You must have common sense, intellectual thought and good presentation skills to crack it.
In interview,U will be asked on ur profile ,ur major contribution in your present job,Your role n responsibilities etc...Atlast according to my view this exam is 10%labour+90%luck...
New aspirants....If any further doubt then u can reply. I may help u.....Thanks n advance.
