This is a clever brand building program. They don't want ICICI employees to be part of the program. More outsiders join the program better publicity they will get. By the way 15 lakhs per annum c2c is not great. Out of two years of MBA program, candidate would be expected to work for a year (so called "on job training") @ 50000/month (12X50000 = 6lakhs) & 10, 0000/month as stipend for 12 months (1.2 lakhs) After completion of MBA there is three years bond, which means 15 lakhs X 3 years (=45 lakhs) Ultimately a candidate would cost 52.2 lakhs for 5 years (10.44 lakhs/year). Assuming current bank employee with package of 9 lakhs per annum would get ( 8% hike per year due to inflation) 1st year = 9.72 lakhs/year 2nd year = 10.49 lakhs/year 3rd year = 11.33 lakhs/year 4th year = 12.24 lakhs/year 5th year = 13.22 lakhs/year Current employee would get 57 lakhs is 5 year, assuming he or she is in same role without any promotion. One more thing to bear in mind is that NIIT University is not AICTE approved. Infosys also follow similar kind of approach. They have many internal certifications which has no weightage outside. The certifications are only recognised in Infosys you can't encash it outside. Would an MBA from NIIT carry some weightage outside? I know ICICI experience will. Your opinion is welcome.

I too did not get any mail/call even though I fulfill all the criteria. Do anyone have any idea on what factors this shortlist was sent? I feel there is no more hopes for those who did not get but they should have atleast informed about the rejections.

I checked today morning.It was sent last night around 11 PM.
1)verbal comprehension 2)fill in blank(verbal) 3)quant 4)visual reasoning 5)analogy there is a sectional cut off for each section and also sectional time limit in analogy 15,fill ups 15,quant 20,visual reasoning 15 questions around comprehension 10 question(5 * 2) total time was 44 minutes

I have received an invite for BMAT at Chennai. Can some one tell me whether it is worth taking this if i get the offer from ICICI. What would be the take home salary. Eventhough 15 lacs looks a bit enticing. What abt the future prospects. If i choose to move out of ICICI after 3 years, will i have a bright prospects in the market. What are the roles i can expect in the Banking domain after 3 years in ICICI. Is it true that all of them who are selected for this programme would be placed in ICICI without any rejection in future (after completion of course)or is there any other criteria involved in getting into ICICI? One more question i have is whether 15 lacs would remain uniform throughout the 3 years or there will be a increase in salary Can some one throw light on these points.

Hi...same here...its only 55 min aptitude test...is there any negative marking? will it be paper pencil based only na as there will be sectional cut off and timing?
This analysis is very negative. If anybody have these things in his/her mind then no need to go for this course because you will not get anything out of this.
