I have got 23.75 marks (General) In mains(HR officer).So, is there any chance of getting shortlisted for interview if the candidates above 27.75 are not selected?
Cut off for general out of 100 ibps so hr ??????

Interview Experience:
Date: 01/03/2019
Place: Bank of Maharashtra Staff Training College, Pune
Interview Time: 1:00 PM
Since my train was late by nearly 3 hours, I reached Pune by 12.30 PM and reached the venue (after freshening up) by 2 PM.
Fortunately, the morning crowd had yet to be completed and the document verification had just started.
Note to self: Always try to come a day prior to the interview.
We were asked to sit in four groups as per panel numbers inside a big pandal. Tea and biscuits were kept for refreshment. There was separate sitting area for parents/friends.
The flow of events:
1. Entry bioemtrics has to be done like they did during the prelims and mains.
2. A document submission form has to be filled indicating what all documents you are submitting for verification.
3. Then you are asked to wait for your turn for document verification. A peon will come and inform you when it is time.
4. During document verification, you have to handover self attested copies of all documents as per list given in step 2. Then, each document will be physically verified. I had all the documents that were asked for. Still, I had to submit copies of X marksheet, XII marksheet and passing certificate (to show that I studied computer as a subject in school)
5. After document verification, you are asked to wait till call for interview.

Interview Experience:
Panel of 6 members (5 male and 1 female)
As soon as I entered, by habit, I pulled the chair closer to the table. They said, we have kept the chair in that position purposefully. I apologized and sat back.
The following questions were asked:
1. What is employee engagement?
2. What is employee satisfaction?
3. What is work - life balance?
4. What to do if your boss is not on good terms with you?
5. How will you react if your boss keeps sabotaging and getting angry on you for no reason?
6. What are ESOPs?
7. What is employee disciplinary procedure?
8. Which welfare facilities are mandatory as per law?
9. Have you handled worker discipline personally?
10. Which all companies have you worked with?
11. Tell us about your work in your current company?
Each person was interviewed for around 8-10 minutes. Mine lasted 12 minutes.
The panel was chilled out. Where I felt they were trying to put pressure, I tried to defuse by giving examples. They responded by smiling. On the whole, it was a good experience.
