Subject: partial treatment against tamil students in exam20/01/2018 11:28 pm Nambi VaradharajanBeing a student from tamilnadu. hindi is neither my mother tongue nor the schools teach hindi here. i have no other option to opt for english in the ibps rrb scale 2 exam. But the english section of the exam is ridiculously tough compared to hindi section.most students opted for hindi section were thus able to score high and this resulted in higher tws score for them. so you have to normalize the score to adjust for the level of difficulty involved . ideally by multiplying english section scores by 2.5 while calculating twss score. if this is not done then it means your organization is completely working against tamil students doing injustice to them in getting a government job. being general category already i am facing the reservation issue that makes the race unfair and this language issue is rubbing salt on the wound.if mission of ibps is to recruit the best talent atleast you should equally easier questions in english section or normalize the score by adjusting for level of difficulty.
Guys almost 500 people voted for scale 2 marks thread here ..that means more than 1000 plus is active if atleast 400 -500 people file complaint with in a week chances of abysmal scores in english could be normalised increase so all english opted candidates file complaint it may increase your scores by 10-15 marks on an average
