Info regarding Documentation Part
- the level of checking regarding experience letter is quite strict
- special concern for Private Bankers, LIC, etc etc
- Designation : should be clearly understood to be "Officer or Manager " , no analyst, team lead, service delivery, consultant etc : if you have these kind of designation get a letter from employer that it is equivalant to Officer
- Not considering salary slip, joining letter , appraisal letter as solid document
- Nature of Duty : should be clearly written on doc
- NOC must fr PSU
this was at my center, may differ at urs, still if you have time get all necessary docs n possible supportings

had interview yesterday, i found "documentation" tougher than the interview :-) as said by @vikaskumar8459 major discrepencies were found in NOC/Exp certificate/ caste certificate.
