How to calculate the final score ( Written + Interview) ??
Final score = Written mark * 0.2 + Interview mark * 0.4
Is this correct ? Please reply frnds..
U guys know anyone failed in written test?
there is one anomaly in this exam. there are many people who have experience in clerk position, still they filled the exam form for scale-2. some work for non financial companies etc. keeping this in view IBPS selected more number of people. Lot of guys will get out in interview.

Is it mandatory to have work experience from financial firm for marketing officer scale 2? What if one has a work ex in sales and marketing in fmcg ? Would that be counted?
