i scored 58.44 obc..can anyone tell my chance..

 For general 34.8 will be the max cut off out of 100 and for obc 27.2 

for ST and SC 28.8 not more than that

I do not understand the        obc cut off 18.13 how come it is  so far I have not come across anybody who got below 40
