i was into panel VI , my interview was started at 11.30 and it takes 5-8min only
they have asked me about my personal details and questions related to my previous experience
few questions based on my educational qualifications..
thats it..
I believe who gets good marks in written test will be in for the job..
by mistake i have submitted my orignal offer latter of previous letter. my interview was on 16/01/2017......what to do?? will i need it in future?? any idea how to get it back???

Dear Guys , I would like to share my interview experience for those who have their interviews in coming dates...
My interview was at 8:30 am and I appeared before panel at 11:30 am my interview lasts for 10 minutes...
First question was obviously a short introduction..
Then as I am currently unemployed they asked why I left the previous job..
Then they ask me about my work profiles in previous (2) banks....
As I was working as a IT Officer Scale 2 they ask me why I am switiching to GBO...
Then they ask me about few loan related questions but as I told them that to gain this knowledge only I am switching to core banking from IT.. They agreed and didn't stressed me on that further....
Then they asked me if I am comfortable to work RRBs... I said Yes ...
In the end they wish me "Best Of Luck"!!
Conclusion : Panel Members are very friendly and positive they want each and every candidate got selected and they always try their best... So my advice to all is just keep your calm have patience and have faith in panel members they are our supporters... Don't get tensed and overburdened yourself as interview is just the test of your personality and not the test of your knowledge... So stay positive to get maximum positive....Hope this helps you all in attending your interviews...

On 16/01, near to my interview center at Hyderabad, one person asked me - are you attending interview? I said yes, I am attending GBO interview. Then he said his son also has interview for scale-1 after 4 days. Then he asked me "have you approached somebody?" I aksed him what's it? He said do you have any recommendations through back channel to get good score in interview. I said no. Is it possible to do corruption at RRB interviews?
