Read carefully this may have happened with your result as well: In the notification J&K Grameen bank displayed it's vacancy as 2 for ST and 1 for OBC. And that was the only seats for ST this year out of 28 total seats in rrb scale 2 (law). Surprisingly j&k allotted 1 seat to OBC as per the notification but there was zero allotment in ST vacancies. Total allotment was still 28 I wondered how.. so I checked and found out that those 2 seats of ST they have converted to one SC and one General candidate in Allahabad bank and ST's are put in the reserved list. BTW Allahabad bank had 1 vacancy in the notification but now they have 3. This is bizarre and unconstitutional. Check if something like his happened with you. Thanks.
