I have dv on 16 rrb clerk and my certificates would be taken there and I also have dv in Mumbai rbi2assistant on 19 will they give my certificates to me or any acknowledgement plz tell me what to do

I entered 10 month Pvt ltd company who experience in application form RRB VI....also ticked currently not working...small contractor 6 people company not giving relieving letter...but boss said he can talk bank HR about I am relieved.....submitted fake letter (but true experience)...in interview....selected RRB po.. Joining DV around 5 April....want to correct mistake.....but don't have letter.....how can I?
