Let me CLR one point. If I have predicted some cut off 108-123 then that doesn't mean it can't be greater than 120. I know for hindi speaking states it will be high. That's why I said it will lie near upper end. That 15 or 20 mark margin is kept to maintain some balance as it is very difficult to estimate the trends followed in rise/fall of cut offs in accordance with vacancies in different states. Especially in states like Tamil Nadu where cut off of pre exam is low and in mains is very high it is very difficult to predict something. Hope u all will understand what I am saying.
