I got posting offer from Federal bank as PO. Joining date is 15th Jan. If I get selected as RRB scale 2 officer, what should I do? Should I quit the Federal PO by paying 2 lakh??
West bengal Panel 3 27th December I was second candidate in the morning. There were 7 members in my panel. Whole Interview was conducted in only english. My Interview was very fundamental one. They asked about myself, then about my family and income. After that why I dint join the private sector when I was selected in it. Then other panel member gave me a situation based scenario, that someone is giving me bribe of 5k, what would I do? I said I would discuss it with my senior level officials, then they said the man who was giving me the bribe might claim that I was the one who was asking for the bribe, then I said well if its the case then I would record it in my mobile for the proof.the lady panelist was laughing. Now the main interviewer asked me 2 technical question, which I wasnt able to give the proper answer. Then another panel member asked me about my place and pin code. Then they asked about Priority sector lending, types, MSME, how they work, what is the target of PSL, and then some deep question, if PSL is applicable to every banking sector, what is the need of RRBs. It was thoroughly fundamental. Though the first candidate completed his interview in 5 mins, my interview was about 15 mins. Then I said thank you sir and have a good day. Now I dont know what will be the outcome, my mains numbers will be low. But the panel was not so friendly or somewhat friendly.
I am not able to produce noc. Tomorrow is my interview. Is there any way out??
