 यहॉ 12 प्रोफेसर- A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K और L है। वे अलग-अलग महीनो जैसे- जनवरी, मार्च, अप्रैल, जून, जुलाई और अगस्त में सम्मेलनो में भाग लेते है। सम्मेलन दिये गये महीनो की 12 अथवा 17 तारीख को होगें। प्रत्येक सम्मेलन में कुछ व्यक्ति सम्मिलित होंगे। यदि महीनो में दिनो की संख्या विषम है तो सममेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या भी विषम होगी। जैसे- मार्च(31 दिन) में होने वाले सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या विषम होगी और अप्रैल (30 दिन) में होने वाले सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या सम होगी। A का सम्मेलन 12 अप्रैल को है। I का सम्मेलन, A के बाद है। I के सम्मेलन में 42 व्यक्तियों ने भाग लिया और उसका सम्मेलन महीने की 17 तारीख को है। I और J के सम्मेलन के बीच एक सम्मेलन होना है। J के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या, I के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या से 25 से कम है। जिस सम्मेलन में 56 व्यक्ति शामिल होते है और F के सम्मेलन के बीच तीन सम्मेलन होने है। F का सम्मेलन जनवरी में नहीं है। F का सम्मेलन उस सम्मेलन के पहले होता है जिसमें 56 व्यक्ति शामिल होते है। जिस सम्मेलन में 56 व्यक्ति शामिल होते है और E के सम्मेलन के बीच में तीन सम्मेलन होते है। K के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने व्यक्तियों की संख्या,B के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या से अधिक है लेकिन A के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या से कम है। K के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या 7 का गुणज है। C और D का सम्मेलन एक ही महीने में है लेकिज जून के महीने में नहीं है। D और B के सम्मेलन के बीच केवल एक सम्मेलन है। B के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या विषम है। B के सम्मेलन में भाग लने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या, J के सम्मेलन में भाग लने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या से अधिक है लेकिन 20 से कम है। B का सम्मेलन अगस्त में है। C और D के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की कुल संख्या 58 है। जिस सम्मेलन में 28 व्यक्ति भाग लेते है और G का सम्मेलन समान महीने में होता है। K का सम्मेलन, L के पहले होता है। E के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या, J के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या से 4 कम है। जिसका सम्मेलन मार्च में है उस सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या, E के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या से कम है लेकिन 10 से अधिक है। K और L के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की कुल संख्या 24 है। D के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या, L के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या का 9 गुना है।
