-a family had six members A,B,C,D,E nd F.each person has different height.D was taller than A.number of person shorter than D was equal to no of person taller than C. There were only 2 persons shorter than E but taller than B. C was taller than D. F was not the tallest.Who.was the second tallest member?

Off the topic I recently joined a govt department.so currently on probation period. I want leave for 3 months. If I go by formal procedures then it's a time taking process. What if I simply remain absent for 3 months without taking permission? What are my chances of getting terminated? Can they start termination process before 3 months?
