IBPS PO VII INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE PART 1....
I had my IBPS PO VII interview and OICL AO interview on same dayi.e. 5th Feb 2018 and in same shift i.e Morning shift.... I hd already posted a 4 page long OICL interview earlier 😄 I chose to attend OICL AO first...
I thought there would be 2 shifts like always so i wud request them to take my int in afternoon shift but on reaching there i came to know that day there was only morning shift... I got worried...
I reached at venue(Noida) for IBPS interview around 12 pm... saw a guy sitting at the entrance i asked him "" Interview k liye kaha jaana h ?" He replied konse panel me! i said panel 2...I enquired over ho gya kya He said " are nahi nahi ho jayega dont worry... "" He was there for biometric verification... he called someone to let them know k abhi ek candidate ayi hai... and pata laga k panel 2 was already over by then and panel members left the room... I got worried then a sir came and said " arey itna late kese I smiled(itni fake smile kabhi ni ki) samajh ni a raha tha kya kahu ab... he said koi ni ho jayega interview yhi h sb biometric karao or udhar docs verify karalo... I got some relief... Biometric krne k liye kuch issue hua laptop me it took them around 25 mins and every 5 mins the guy said chinta ni karo ho jayega.... 😄
docs verify karaye and straight away Interview room me entry..(panel members were waiting for me, and i was like aaj to gaye beta khatam kaam tmhara to yhi pe bhool jao marks)

as expected first ques beta itna late ??
I knew if i tell them any lie they wud sense it within seconds and jhooth ko aap back kr hi nahi paoge confidence k saath atleast ese interviews me to nahi... socha sach bolne me hi bhalayi h..
I told---- "" I had my OICL interview just coming from there"""
apas me they talked I overheard "" Oriental Insurance""
panel head--- Why did u go there first?? Not interestd in banking while u r already in bank?
Me--- No sir, its not like that, My father wanted me to go there first...(thoda jhooth chalta hai 😂 )
didnt ask any further ques except
panel head ---- dono me ho gya to kaha join karoge? ( with smile and kidding tone)
Me--- Ofcourse bank sir, M in bank but till now didnt get chance to explore banking and to learn sumthing new... ( doosra jhooth with smile and i guess i sold it there with smile)
Panel head --- Whats ur present work profile? what work u look after?? being posted in GM's secretariat... we know itna kuch kaam to nahi hota waha... he smiled ( esa laga mazaak uda rhe 😂 )
Me--- Yes sir true... I handle some records like Medical Bills, TE Bills and other correspondences related to GM Sir, Online entry of mails I recieved by courier, and i also assist AGM LAW in handling Banking Ombudsman Complaints( I wanted them to talk about BO bcoz that was the only thing i cud talk about with them and can lead the interview accordingly...and that happened successfully
Other panel member(M2)---- kesi complaints aati h or kyun?? Bank pehle hi kyun nahi sort kr deta issues Banking ombudsman tk kyun jaana pad jaata h....?
Me--- with overexcitement Thats the thing i too wanted to know sir... I see people complaining for the money deductions without prior notice by bank, or ATM related issues etc etc.... dont know why there is no proper solution to such problems bank level pr hi...
(M2)--- To aap kya krte hain un complaints ka??or kon dekhta h complaints
Me--- Sir I am just supposed to note down the details of the complaints from RBI's site and put them under Complaint entry forum of our Bank's site for BO's Complaints...and mr Rajesh our assigned Law officer look after the complaints...
M2 --- OK.... are Customers bound to obey whatever Banking Ombudsman give its judgement related to complaint....??
Me---- took pause of 10-15 seconds.... Calculated(dont know what) i said i dont know exactly but i think BO is the last Authority so banks are liable to give compensation accordingly to the customers and yes customers too have to agreed upon that or they can challenge the decision again... last me aate aate i said yes sir manna padega customers ko but jaroori nahi bank hmesha utna compensate kre jitna cutomer demand kiya ho...
M2--- NO customers are not bound...but banks are...smiled
Me--- (Lo ho gya kaam tamaam ek hi to cheez aati thi vo bhi dhang se ni ho paayi) smiled ohh sorry sir...

Me--- Didnt get sir

Me--- Sorry sir...(now my smile got a lil unpleasant 😄 )

dont remember now kisne poocha tha but one of them asked ofc kahan h?? before i started and murmered opp to ....... that sir said pehle to kahin or tha... other member said are nahi nahi ab yhi hai... and said ofc to achha bana hua h aapka...smiled...
Me--- thanku sir....(not to happy waali smile...)
Panel head--- what attracts u in banking...? what will u do if u become PO?
Me--- i dont know exactly sir bcoz abhi tk kuch seekha hi nahi actual banking jo hoti branches ki but want to learn and take new assignments... My some friends are there in banking field jo batate aaj inspection par ja rhe, aaj reovery pr ja rhe, loans sanction kr rhe, it all tempts me...
one of the members.---- (laughing) arey complaint krte honge dukhi honge kitna kaam h kitna pressure hai...
Me---(smiling) no no sir they seem happy(kora jhooth sab dukhi hain 😄) i want to experience all this atleast for once...
Panel head---- To insurance me to nahi jaoge na( all members laughed)
Me--- just smiled.... 🙈
or 2-3 kuch baatein hui thi yaad nahi exact....
Jo me samajh paaya hu abhi tk ek interview me kya help krta vo h ek to aapka professional background... and aapka confidence level( i can feel the difference in representing myself before and after job) and usi se marks me bhi differnce aaya h.. smile nahi chhodi and ese baat ki jese discussion krne aaye hain bs...
was lil light headed as compared to what i was at IBPS PO VIth interview...
And i think being in clerical cadre is also one of the factors of getting good marks in the interview... baaki definite reason to kisi ko pata nahi hote... achhe interview k baad bhi kabhi marks kam milte kabhi bekaar par bhi achhe mil jaate...
But one thing for sure again i wud repeat hard work kabhi na kabhi aapko desired result jaroor deta h... just keep putting efforts with sincerity.... :) :))

Ab bc facebook pe ye afwah aa rhi that is year sbi po will deduct marks for leaving questions as well just like xat.a maximum of 10 questions can be left,after that each unattempted question will carry a negative marks of 0.25!!!!!

in my ssc certificate my father name is written with surname.but in my12and in graduation his name is written with out surname.will it create any problem????
