How could we get to know about document verification and is there any computer literacy certificate required in ibps clerks' doc verification ?

*Found this on quora* I would like to narrate a story of my bank. I worked with a PSU bank from last 2 year. i joined in may 2013 at the same time a clerk joined with me in the same branch. We both completed JAIIB/CAIIB in one year. She got clerk to officer promotion in one year and retained in the branch (which was his hown town also) and i was transferred to the rural of tamilnadu despite being the fact i belongs to delhi. Again by the time i completed my probation i.e. 2 yrs she also completed probation of one year for clerk to officer promotion which mean after 2 year we both are at same scale and position except the fact i was in rural of tamilnadu she is in metro. Mostly clerks are not getting frequest transfers so they live nearby one but as a officer you r liable to post anywhere in india which i must say a drawback for me atleast. Though it depends from bank to bank but atleast i can say for my bank it is absolutly foolish decison to join as a PO rather join as a clerk and get promotion in one year after completing JAIIB/CAIIB. Purely personal views.

i cleared the clerical and have been alloted bank of barroda ..i will also appear for the interviews of Canara and Syndicate ..in case i clear one of those then what should be my preference ?? to continue with clerical or do the pgdf course ?? i am caught in 2 minds on this ..

just now called dena bank hr .they told that they will upload the notification within 3 days from now in the website.they had asked ibps regarding exam dates,ibps have told them the dates,he furthur told that exam exam will be held before june because in june bob exam will also be held.he also told me to keep checking the website and wished me all the best...so it means exams will be held for sure...☺️☺️
