2016 ke poll mein cut off+19 around 38% candidates the....sirf isi poll mein nahi..maine almost 20-25 poll check kiye last year ke from 1st march to 31st march....sabme yhi figure tha approx...


2017 ke poll mein cut off + 19 around 19-20% candidates hi hain...almost HALF as compared to last year...


To cut off same kaise ho sakti hai ?? mere to samajh ke bahar hai...
