With descriptive crept in ... OA cutoff for mains was bound to be raised ( as 15/25 is avg i.e 120/200 which in no case is comparative to objective ) but now weightage for each mains marks in final cutoff is decreased by ( 80/200 - 80/225 ) and keeping 90 as mode 90*(80/200 -80/225) = 4 . So final cutoff should be lower than as per previous trends of 48.1555 by 4 i.e 44.15 is this angle worth considering ???

RHS ibps po 2016-17 survey ( 41% candidates above cut off +18)
