Here comes a news.


Under IBPS PO 5, there were unfilled vacancies in PNB, Syndicate, United, Corporation and IDBI bank, still they did not filled these vacancies through reserve list of IBPS PO 5.


So those candidates who was not able to clear reserve list filed the case in bombay high court against IBPS and above 5 banks.


Now today they won the case after 1 year. Bombay high court ordered these banks to report unfilled vacancies to IBPS and filled them.


Court also order IBPS to put stay on any further allotments, till IBPS PO RL 5 is cleared.


So, there is possiblity that IBPS 6 reserve list result may not come on 31st march and IBPS 7 results may not come on 1st April.


PS- judgment of this case will be uploaded on bombay high court website tomorrow under ordinary original civil jurisdiction WRIT PETITION (L) NO.1064 OF 2017
