In need of suggestion, i have joining of rrb clerk (office assistant) on 12 march with 1 lac as bond, and here in IBPS PO I scored only 95.25. what shoul i do??

Every year one common pattern is followed in IBPS i.e the final cutoff is such that even if someone qualififes just at the cutoff and if he manages to do exceptionally well in interview then he will be selected....even if ibps stretches this to 20 marks in interview(Max.Possible Case) then: (82/225)*80=29.15 and 20 in interview....final cutoff=49.15 max.
Considering all other factors were good like confidence, communication, eye contact etc. For one question ( related to banking and was very tough) i said sorry sir i don't know. And for one question, i got confused and gave slightly wrong answer. Answered everything (7-8 questions) except the above mentioned. Interview time 10-12 mins. Center Lucknow. I was first candidate of the day. How much can i expect for unreserved category?
Selected in IDBI po, working in HCL(hectic job) and got 96.5 in IBPS po (UR). Should I resign at HCL and join Idbi or wait for IBPS final result... Please suggest.

dosto last yr ibps po ki cutoff se bilkul compair kro hi mt kyuki pattern bilkul alg tha ha hum sbi po se compair kr skte hai cutoff usi k aas pas rhega sbi po-250 marks and ibps-225 marks vacancies in ibps po are more than sbi po so ready rho so hum iss sal sbi po=ibps po kh skte hai
