Today in my coaching one guy was telling us that interview marks are being manipulated for a select few in accordance with their written marks so as to make them qualify the final stage.His arguments seemed convincing.According to him this is the reason for delay in marks.Does these kind of back door things happen in IBPS ?

What I believe yeh banking ya SSC k exams sprint jse hote hn. ek bar m nikalte hn. jitna lamba kheechoge utna aur lamba khichega. Man bhi toh nhi karta sirf maths reasoning lagane ka. meaning khatam hone lagta h. Mere sath yahi ho rha h. Engineering karne m maza ata tha. Lagta tha sala aesa kaam kar rahe hn ho kaam aega.Enthusiasm pehle bohht tha par jabse repetitive mode pe chal rahi h zindagi man hi nhi karta pen uthane ka. Sabse zyada hume lagta h hum hi bethte hn lekin beman se! Hume compete karke padhna achha lagta h, pure college yahi kiye.Ab kya kr rahe hn aur kyun yahi chalta h. So after this qtiyapa, the real ques is how to regain that lost enthusiasm.I know I am being stupid. Please help with practical approach! kuchh interest jagado yar!
