Hotel astor, Patna 08:30am panel 1 Reached venue at 08:15 am Entry 08:45am All guys were seated in hall and then they were asked to write name of certificates which they were going to submit on a page. Then called for biometric after about 1 hr of time and then called for document verification. All staffs were supportive and trying to calm the students. Between tea and biscuits were also distributed. Total 3 panels and in each of them consisted of 25 candidates. Then called for interview to upper floor at 11:25 pm. Two guys were already waiting to go to interview room. Between staff came and calmed especially me that it is the best panel and said no need to take rest. Then my turn came and after bell rang, I entered the room by asking permission , just then the lady pointed out that I should close the door properly. After closing the door, I wished them good morning and then the chairman smiled and shaked hands and asked to sit. Panel consisted of total 5 members (4 M+1F).Then the questions started by M4 about my name that it resembles that of a girl , why is it so? I actually told them that my grandfather was expecting a girl , but it is I who came, hearing this they all bursted in laughter. Then the lady asked me that If I have any brothers and sisters. On this point, my answer became emotional and said as she passed away when I was very young then they expressed grief over this. Then asked about my father and my backgrounds of education. Then again M3 asked joking that do I wore salwar suit in my early days but I said I don't. Then the lady started asking about banking. When NPA was asked i told them in a detail and explained with examples when they asked about it. Difference between NSE and BSE was asked and I explained it too. They then asked name some companies of these. to which I said I don't know it. Then asked one question about mutual funds , I tried but I couldn't satisfy them. Then the chairman asked about my hobbies, I told them I like telling short moral stories. Then asked about ones studied in basic classes I told them about panchtantra written by vishnu sharma and also told them about champak and nandan. Then they asked about what these stories are called and after recalling I answered it correctly, as these are called fables, and one member asked about its spelling, that is F A B L E. They also asked about the name of my meaning , to which I explained in very much detail as there were three meanings and all answered it confidently. Then the chairman asked what are the three other names of patna. I answered patliputra, and after thinking that it is also magadha to which they pointed out that it is name of empire whose capital is patliputra. So I said I don't know the others. They said OK beta koi baat nahi. Then they all said all the best and gave chocolate and shaked hands as well. To all this I replied thankyou Sir. Thank you mam. And left the room. All my interview went in hindi only not a single question was asked in English. P.S. Thanks for reading such a long post. Please don't post any comments about length of the post.

In case you leave the service before two years, you will have to pay the Bank `100,000/- OR `50,000/- as per the bond. 7. You are also required to bring Rs. 20,000/- which will be deposited in your name as Short Term Deposit Receipt (SDR) for a period of 90 days. This security money in the form of SDR will be deposited after completion of your pre recruitment formalities but before delivery of Final Appointment Letter. The SDR will be kept under Bank’s lien and shall liable to be forfeited in case you do not join the Bank after receiving the final appointment letter. 8. Please note that this is not an appointment letter and will itself not entitle you to an appointment in the Bank.
