Sir main raghuram rahan sir se bahut inspire hua tha. Kyun? Gradually i started reading more about banking and got impressed with the kind of structured fast career performance based progression it offers. His comprehensive structural reforms and how he devised strategy to cure npa is very planned proactive and game changing. -Hmm.. agar bank me paisa hai or wo doob jaye toh depositors ka interest kaise manage hoga? - sir, har bank ne deposit DICGC me insured hota hai... ek lakh rupaye tak deposit insured hai. Or kya hai? -Sir i can not recall. -acha agar 1000 crore rupaye bank me hai toh kya sara wo lend kar dega? -no sir, rbi monetary policy ke according kuch percentage NDTL la cash reserve or stautory liquidity ratio me rakhna padega. -why? -sir to control money supply in economy and also as a provisioning incase of failure. -that’s what i want to listen. -or agar bank npa se dobne lag jaye toh kya hoga? -sir, govt 4R strategy follow kr rhi, recognition reform recap and resolution. Patna mein Sirf Kal Tak hai interview, Aisa wahi mauzood union bank wale bande me kaha. Was he true?? My interview :it sucks, jab bina Kisi bank related sawal ke , teen question( sardar Patel ke baare mein batao. Your weakness ?aur why bank job?) Aur 5 min mein aapki taqdeer ka faisla Kuch 5 log(jisme ek bahot young ladka bhi tha 🙈, I don't think ki wo 35 bhi hoga) kar de.It's so sickening ki all the three pillars of democracy has been totally f*****d up aur har ek sarkari karamchaari isme apna Poora yogdaan kar raha hai (5 min,avg marking-- it wasn't just limited to me-- is enough to show unprofessionalism).

had my interview today boi sector 62 noida panel 2 1pm entered d room at around 3pm beechwala(most probably he ws d head of d panel) started with family father mother occupation n all den btech k baad kya kiya... campus placement k baare mei n gate se admission q nai liya then po q banna hai?? then hobbies poochi...kya likhtey ho aur uspe opinion pe counter questions kiye... den sardarji ne poocha rajya sabha k members kaise elect hotey hai vp kaise elect hota hai n about nominated members aur unki powers... bs khatam 12 to 14 min chala. no question even remotely related to banking. poora panel chill maar rha tha. all in all badhiya hogya, baaki ...apni kismat ..aur mains ka kachra 😜 #copied
expected marks--mains- 82 intrvw -40 total- 37.15, expecting the least, hoping for best, praising the lord and his miracles🙏
Patna/Panel 2: Lots of Probing on Graduation subject and the period of dormancy afterwards. It felt like an insult. Questions and Follow up questions about NPA. Humse kabhi Hobby/Introduction nahi puchhte.

Jo jo(most of them) interview dene aaye the aaj they themselves don’t know how they got here as 82 score kaise ho gya kisi ko nhi samjh aa rha 😕.
