Given that descriptive has been newly inducted in ibps p.o. this year, do you people think that the marks of candidates who haven't cleared mains will be announced this week? Bcoz sbi usually declares mains cutoff and marks of all candidates who had given mains, at the time of declaration of final result. .
Working hour of bank po is generally between 8–10 hours. There are some exceptions though. That means a po don’t have much free time, so less social life and time for family and friends. Work is stressful and of high responsibility. Bank po have all negatives of a government job like transfer, rural posting, less pay (pay is good in starting level but at senior level the gap between a govt executive and pvt executive is very wide. Ex Arundhati Bhattacharya (30 lakh) vs Deepak Parekh (9 crore), time bound promotion etc.
Expectations vs Reality - You expect a paper pushing government job and you get a job full of uncertainty, constant transfer, often to unexpected and hostile locations. No clearly defined roles and often having to juggle 2–3 jobs of both front-end and backend. You end up frustrated even further as the job does not have adequate compensation and then this new ploy of the banks to trap you in MBA/Education Loan/5 Year Bond and you have to beat a competition that's getting tougher day by day as more of India’s demographic dividend manifests into more competitors. Ultimately you get there and realize that it is not worth it. Hence people begin criticizing the job.

Maine SBI ke time cutoff 55-60 ki waqalat kari Thi,lekin end tak jaate jaate 55 se kam bolne Laga tha,ibps mein bhi same feeling aa Rahi hai, cutoff 55 se bhi kam jayega (60 se zyada to impossible) Aisa lag raha hai mujhe out of 200. Baaki let's see.
