Bhaiyon ek last query ke liye waapas aana pda. Ek close frnd jo ki 2017 pass out hai uska po mains CLR hua hai. Issue yeh hai ki notification me date 5 SEP se pehle likha hai. Uski 7th SEM me re jisse usne 8th SEM me exam deke CLR Kiya. To 8th SEM ki DMC pe date August ki hai. Lekin 7th SEM pe late September ki. Koi consolidated marksheet nhi hai uske pass. To ab kya kare iss situation me. Is he illegible??
