mujhe lgta hai clerk ka result 29 ko ayega.kuki 30 ko so ka exam hai......aur po ka mon se kbhi bhi.....
Can anyone tell me what was the logic behind splitting the so exam in pre and mains?? Please read these 2 points, then answer
1. There are very less no of vacancies as compared to po and clerk
2. Clearing the pre exam demands speed and good aptitude and not any sought of technical knowlege(profesional knowledge). It may be possible that a candidate with very good technical knowldge and poor aptitude may not be able to qualify pre. Let me explain with an example
Suppose kro ki it ka ek candidate let say 2015 passout bhi form bharta hai 2016 aur 2017 passout ke saath. maan lete hain 3no banking me aa gye. ab hoga kya since 2015 wala zyaada experienced hai

aisa jruri nhi ki saari jgah follow ho but most of the cases me hoga. also agr 2015 wala koi tech exam nhi de rha to uski memory waise hi km ho jayegi tech section me aur 2017 waale ki jyaada hogi kyunki wo abhi fresher hai. agr koi pvt job wala bhi apply krta hai to zruri nhi ki uska bhi pre clr ho
ab zyaada chance hoga ki speed ki terms dekhte hue 2015 wala mains me phunch jaye aur 2017 wala out ho jaye. ab 2015 waale ka to waise hi tech weak hai to wo uss job ke liye suitable kaise hua.
mtlb ki jb tk dono cheez(apti+tech) acha na ho to exam qualify nhi hoga. ya to phir mains ki cut off bhut km rhegi.
