acha ye btao ki interview panel me sb interviewers ka 50+ hona thik hai . Maana ki experience matters. Lekin kya wo uss level Ko kbhi smaj payenge jisse tum CLR krke yahan tk pahunchne ho. Guys mere aise bhi friend hai jinke parents 10th pass krke bank me lge hue hai. Maana ki hr time ke Apne challenges hote hai. Lekin vacancies ka kya. 2011-12 se 2016-17 Ko hi Lelo 40000 se 7500 aa gyi hai. Mera khu ka ek cousin jo bhut AVG tha aaj se 5 saal pehle LGA tha bank me clerk. Wo mujhe kai Baar tease krta hai ki tu padhai me mujse bhut aage tha phir bhi tujhse kuch nhi ho pa rha. To mujhe lgta ki pichle 1 saal pehle lge hue bhi interview panel me hone chahiye.
