The harsh reality is government jobs constitute only 2% of total jobs in india, government specially current one doesn't see it as vote bank even the students who apply for these job is not a major vote bank if you compare it with total population but this gov even failing in private sector which it give much more attention

Everyone posting their views then why shouldn’t i.. IBPS does normalisation using equipercentile method. Google what is equipercentile method and how it works;link in comments too.so i feel very frustrating.everyone is repeating there will be normalisation so if they do normalisation in this manner then also due to huge differences in those who have appeared in both exams ,there could be favour for re examiners. So i would ask everyone to just call on ibps toll free number and to enquire why they are getting easy paper and will there be normalisation,this call in not for changing anything that have already happened but this high concerns may make them think .now they may have believed that this reexam was tough ,then everyone who had exams on 26th would get a huge blow.there may be question why we should call them ,they does everything fine;;remember only crying baby gets milk .they cried for reexam and they got one ,now its time for others to ask our concerns ,actually we are not hurting the rexaminers (we are not calling them and saying not to count your marks ) but its our life ,slight mistakes from IBPSs side should not ruin our life ,like the one happened in rrb clerk exam;where the ones who attempted around 72 got only 40 marks after normalisation due to ibps miscalculation of a difficult shift.
