Aane wale saalon me exam tough krne aur competition reduce krne ke liye IBPS aapke according kya method use krega??
- Stop conducting exam and hire PO on basis of Cat and SO on basis of GATE
- Increasing no of exam stages from 2(pre/mains) to 4,5,6…
- Making only commerce graduates eligible for banking line
- Including SSC Gk in bank exams
- Demanding pgdf/ MBA finance for post of po

I understand and to a great extent share the frustrations of those who are closing in the gap with the 30-year mark. But I simply don't understand the frustration of the relatively Younger people in this group. I think it is because a lot many people quit their primary aim and venture into Banking thinking of it as a Quick-fix. People still see Banking Jobs as Low hanging fruits and when they discover that it is not so low after all they feel shame more than anything else-"Ye bhi nahi ho raha...". I see people happily concede that getting into IIMs/securing a great rank in Gate/qualifying UPSC Exams etc. is really difficult. It comes from an innate respect for these exams. So, really a way to overcome this shame, this frustration is to start respecting these Bank Exams. To understand that success in these require perseverance and failure don't automatically mean one is a loser.

Mains results ke din cutoff pata chal jayega na??? Though candidates selected for interview will not be able to know there marks. ( Correct if I am wrong).
ibps clerk advertisement ka mains exam pattern alag hai is baar,they have written general & financial awareness,what does that mean?and reasoning computer sath kar diya,isme computer padhe ya nahi,maths ke 35 question ni solve hote thy po m yahan 50 de rahe,chaty qa hai ye humse???
