Is there any particular order in which the sections will appear one after other or its IBPS' choice?

dont know why,but i have issues with my brain, it gets heated after 2hr of continuous use and ,therefore, its efficiency decreases and i suffer in last section,ie,english,.Is any way(trick/yoga) to relax mind in 15-20min in ga section plz help
