 As per notification there will be reasoning and computer aptitude section as in sbi po mains.. But I checked sbi po mains paper.. There is no computer related question.. Can anyone tell me what does computer aptitude mean there?

35 mins for General Awareness in IBPS PO MAINS.....not a good indication...Looks like IBPS is all set to give a spine-chilling experience in GA section for the first time. And weightage of current affairs may reduce drastically this time..and Economy related questions may increase in number. Your views..??

In ibps po mains descriptive test marks are just a qualifying type or considered for over all cutoff also 

either 200 is normalised to 80 

(or)

225 normalised to 80

In 2017 i attempted 37 in rrb po n scored 32.5 in rrb clerk i attempted 54 n scored 44.75 and in uiic asst i attempted 65 and scored 56.. friends my question is how much i need to practice so that i can crack my upcoming exams. M very much disappointed with myself. Plz help..plz. m from general category

Hi Friends. 

I qualified SBI PO n not going to appear IBPS this time. 

I think i should share my exp which wud remove some of the doubts,  still u all should choose things at your own risk. 

1. Essay n letter word limits. So,  i was not aware of word limits and i wrote in 400 n 300 words instead of assigned 150 words and got 40/50 in SBI. Even candidates who wrote in 150 words got 35-40/50. So CONTENT IS IMP,  NOT WORDS. 

2. Sectional cut off. SBI n IBPS both are diff org. So IBPS may introduce sec cut off but if the toughness level will be similar to SBI it wont go beyond 1 or 2 marks. 

So if u r not able to solve questions,  jst keep ur calm n give your best from beginning till descriptive. U can ask if i missed anything.
