friends, this year IBPS a renowned institution of our country selecting officers for the whole govt banking system of the country had selected about 40,700 candidates for interview for PO V. As per prevailing practices govt institutions call the candidates at the ratio of 1:3 for interview. Which means about 13,700 candidates should have been selected finally. But IBPS only selected appx. 12,500. Is it an ethical practices by IBPs ?
