hi friends plz analyse my interview experience...my PO interview was in orporation bank staff training college, bangalore..they first asked why we hire you? my answer was like a common answer, like good leadership quality, inter personal skill, also being an engineer my skills can used for bank etc,,etc .. chairman agreed all my points, and told me all of your qualities are good and needed for banking.. but we need an another quality also.. and asked me what was that.. I didnt get answer.. and chairman told " marketing quality".. next question was why i resigned from job for preparing exams.. I told that I didnt get enough time in past job for preparation..but I think he didnt satisfied.. Then he asked me in which bank do you have account.. My answer was SBI, and he asked why I choosed SBI? I told that I am a frequent user of net banking, so SBI net banking is much better.. But he asked me how is the offcial in bank..whether they friendly or not.. I told him, they are friendly.. I think he needs that friendly customer attitudes of bank, answer....all other questions I answered well.. like plastic cards, public sector and private sector banks, rrb, rbi functions etc.. can I get atleast min mark ? I got 94.75 marks in exam and OBC.... Plz analyse my interview.. Really tensed about april 1st.. :( .

Hi friends, I had seen here some brothers posting here that, this year big recruiters like canara and syndicate bank will recruit below 1000 each.. I would like to ask you guys are, are you chairman or md of these banks.. this year canara bank will recruit min 1500 and syndicate 1800-2000... read this circular of syndicate bank officers union..

My score in IBPS PO is 97.25 ( General ) . I guess my interview was good . I was logically sound n the panel members were satisfied ( I like to believe it that way ) So , now then , what is my probability of clearing . You can be brutally honest .
Just saying , I was a SBI reject in 2015 , flunked in the interview
