cannot we leave our company and just join banks...without showing our exp and rellieving letter even when we have shown them NOC at the time of interview...
We can say that they gave us NOC but now they eant us to serve notice period...?

Definitely dete hai extension...m recently working in SBI and I saw many cases where people are taking extension for some serious issues...so if ur prb is genuine i dn think thr wil be any prb to get extension..

SBI me to dete hai extension that is for sure, last year Allahabad bank me bhi extension mila tha...

Yeah! Its like that only.....but it has nothing to do with preferences of mine....only ranking has a vital role to play.....
As cited by you, if my rank is 10K, so my no. will come only after 9999 candidates....and suppose till that time if I opt Vijaya on 21st(my last preference) is left, I wll be alloted that one only....but if 5-6 banks are left with their vaccancies then my order of preferences will be counted, if I put 15. Corporation, 16. Canara, 17. IDBI, 18. IOB 19. UCO 20. andhra 21. Vijaya.
In this case, if corporation will be left out with vacancies then my candidature will b for Coporation and so on....
So, one has to be very careful by putting his least preferences at the bottom only....there is no hrm in putting pnb,Bob or any tier 1 bank as 1st preferences...
Still I m very much doubtful of getting in wid low score of 62.76.
