United Bank is concentrated only on WB, Bihar & Jharkhand and if that is giving posting in Rural area so what, Many person from bihar will come and join other banks far from their home town, in place of that it's better to have rural branch which will be 5-6 hrs journey from their home.....rather than 30-40 hrs journey..............

See the reservation process was adopted in India only to raise the weaker sections of the society initially but as the time passed this system became totally corrupted as people started misusing it for their benefits.
