Absolutely,by the time they reach ur rank-if by that time PNB is filled up,they will move to ur next choice...and so on.........

as it is seen dat the allotment will be done by IBPS as it happens in colege counselling ...dere will be many people who not join the banks after they are alloted with one for various reasons ....so many seats will get free agains ...so will IBPS will organize something like recouncelling .....?

Do some research about the type of work there, and then take the decision, as far as i know it's not the usual PO job and learning stops after a certain period of time!
