@Ankit_MBA_007 no i dont think so ....becoz it has the pay scle of central gov.( if im not wrong)...and that will be the only demerit fo IDBI becoz there are good chances of huge increment in salaries og PSBS as rbi governer has also asked for it and government will play all these cards before 2014 elction
