I would like to draw your attention towards Page No. 698, Post # 13950 posted by Satyendra.
It is clearly mentioned in Notification of Allahabad Bank for PO 1, that out of 1600 seats 800 will be for general. Clearly mentioned as GEN 800. How come rule will change for PO -II. If anybody still has doubt then he would be challenging the last notification, whose authenticity can't be doubted. So friends UR means General only.
Also I request all to share my rank, as any of the lists published here in the forum doesn't has my Name and reg no. If anybody could figure it out, plz share. Reg No. 5000786454, Score 62.76. Any chance friends...?

I haven't distorted any fact.First u chech that notification, only then, quote me. In fact you are ignoring the fact without referring to that abovesaid notification.That will b an eye opener for all....

Bhai UR/General means they are unreserved seats free for all koi bhi la sakta hai if he/she fulfill the criteria set for those seats

hmmm.. u r right .. will only serve notice when everything becomes clear... hope this joining will take around 2-3 months as many of us including me has to serve notice period of 2 months..

If the candidates above you have enough marks to qualify to a bank with there overall rank than only they will get general seats other wise a seat from the cat
eg: a candidate have overall rank 15 cat rank 1 and he have filled PNB ,and there are more than 15 gen vacancies so he will get general seat but if there is a another candidate his general rank is 25 and cat rank is 4 and no of seats in gen in pnb are not there for his rank ,but there are seats in reserved cat than he/she will be alloted seat from his cat,
this is a simple case there will be many permutation and combination ,no of open seats in a bank and reserved seats and the options filled by the candidates so its complicated
