ya, bro exactly.....during IBPS clerical I, a similar situation happened....IBPS mentioned in their Adv. that a candidate should b 12th pass and some of d banks asked for graduation...later d individual banks changed their eligibility criteria to HS pass...

I still believe its upto the banks to decide the criteria.. IBPS declared the criteria to be eligible for appearing for the test. It did not mention anywhere that Banks cannot change the criteria.. Last year, many banks applied this conditions while IBPS did not.

@SinhaSaahab few tier-1 banks might come out about this 60% criteria.....but not all banks.....last time in po-1 around 10 banks came out with only graduation criteria .....
