I personaly feels CWE & Common interview is for all participating organisation
so talent will b equally divided among each bank
@daddykool : Bhai , I am aback ,but with much of tension. My Manager have come to know about my result of IBPS(Thanks to a colleague who leaked it , now they are presurrizing me to tell them about my decision(whether I would resign or stay )
I guess they will not give me any exp letter or anything from the company, During interviews they asked me about me previous employment, I told them correctly. they noted it down.
Will it create a problem during joining, do banks asks for exp certificate from pvt companies employees??
Please help me.

Screw your company before they screw you. You have good score to get selected in a bank, right? Leave the company. No experience or relieving letter required from a private employer I feel.
