I have a ques.. if there r 12 training centres. then y do they conduct training in 2-3 batches?? i mean dis tym there r 2000 candidates..it means 166 candidates at one centre. Is it dat difficult for them to conduct training in one go??

I'm Anjali from Bangalore. Like other candidates, I also want to share my story with you people. I'll not say this as my success story but yes this is the first step towards my ambition.
From childhood I was very much interested in joining a Private Company where I'll get a great exposure. After completing my MBA (HR), I started looking for job in pvt sector (2012). I got selected in many of the companies but they were offering me just 7k-8k , which was very less for me.
After so much of struggle I got my first job on the pay-scale of 1.5 LPA. I was happy with my work. But things started changing. Sometime I used to come home by 10 pm, my family was very disappointed by this. I was not able to balance my work and my personal life and one day I came to know about my mom's health issue that she is having ovarian cancer. I still remember how much I was tensed. I asked my team lead for leaves but he denied. Because of this, I quit my job (as my parents needed me that time).
Slowly - slowly things got settled down but it took 1.5 years and I got a huge career gap. My mind was totally blank what to do? And then my sister suggested me for Govt job. From starting I was very weak in maths, so I told her it's quite difficult for me to clear govt job. But she motivated me a lot. And then I started studying. My first exam was of SAIL but got failed.
Totally I attempted 17 exams from 2013. Below is the list-

From 2013, I'm trying and finally I got govt. job in 2015. It was a very hard journey, mentally as well as physically. As I was taking care of my mom and also I have to study. My friends they got placed in good god companies and connection got over. That was not my friends' mistake, it happen people get busy in their personal life, and hence I don't have any complaint from them.
I was alone during my journey no one was there with me, whom I could have shared my feelings. But always I motivated myself. People commented on my skin color, my simply sitting at home even after having MBA degree. My father also sometimes got irritated by my performance but after every failure, I WAS THEIR WITH ME.
On 1st April, when I saw that I got selected in Bank of India as PO, OMG I was soooo happy :) .I don't have words to show my happiness, tears came into my eyes, my parents were so happy. J Thank you God. Still I have so many things to do for my parents.
I also want to thank PaGaLGuY, Gr8Ambitionz and Bankersadda site where I got updated GK and other test papers. Seriously thank you all I'll be happier, if I can help anyone in getting their ambitions because I know how much it pains when people will not help you purposely.

plz suggest me friends. Is arithmetic really necessary for bank po exams?because why i ask this mostly in po exams data interpretation questions has been asked.also i am week in arithmetic
